Refund Policy

Whimbrel is a one-time purchase per editor, sold through Gumroad, our Merchant of Record. It's digital software, delivered the moment you buy, so all sales are final and we don't offer refunds.

Before you buy

Check the requirements on each edition's page: macOS 13 or later, your editor, and a self-hosted Immich server with an API key. If you're unsure whether Whimbrel fits your setup, email whimbrel@quub.tech first and we'll answer before you spend anything.

If something is broken

No refunds doesn't mean no support. If Whimbrel doesn't work as described, write to whimbrel@quub.tech and we'll fix it. Updates are included.

Gumroad and your statutory rights

Because Gumroad is the Merchant of Record, Gumroad's Terms of Service apply to your purchase, and Gumroad may handle payment disputes or chargebacks under its own rules. Nothing here limits refund rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.
