License Agreement

This agreement is between you and Quub SAS for the Whimbrel edition you purchased. Buying or using Whimbrel means you accept it.

What you can do

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive license to use one Whimbrel edition, the editor you bought it for, on Macs you own or control, for personal or commercial work. Updates to that edition are included.

What you can't do

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the app.

One purchase covers one editor edition. Other editors are separate purchases.

Your photos and your server

Whimbrel uploads to the Immich server you configure. You are responsible for that server, its security, and your API key. Quub SAS never receives your photos.

No warranty

Whimbrel is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable, but you use it at your own risk, so keep your own backups of anything that matters.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quub SAS is not liable for any data loss or damages arising from using, or being unable to use, Whimbrel. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid.

Termination

This license ends automatically if you break these terms.
